Jeff Price has over 35 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry. Jeff received his B.S. in Management and Finance from Radford University in 1985. After graduation, he co-founded Price-Williams Realty in Radford, Virginia which specializes in building, development, and property management. Mr. Price has served on many boards and held notable positions including being former past President of the New River Valley Homebuilders Association in 1996, past Chairman of Radford University’s College of Business and Economics Advisory Board and has served since 1997, Director of the City of Radford’s Industrial Development Authority from 1998-2018, and a past member of First Bank of Virginia Advisory Board. Jeff has also received multiple awards including Business Person of the Year for the City of Radford in 2010, Outstanding Alumnus of the Year for Radford University’s College of Business & Economics in 2014, National Homebuilders Association Commercial Design Excellence Award, and the Presidential Award for Outstanding Service to the New River Valley Association of Realtors in 2004. Over the years, Jeff Price has had a vision for commercial development in the New River Valley and has enjoyed seeing his quality projects add value to the community.
